The Role Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role is responsible for delivering end-to-end customer service support, managing order processing, and assisting with warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of service
- Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow up on cash payments and maintain accurate records
- Support warehouse operations including picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
- Coordinate booking of service and repair jobs
- Assist with stocktakes and end-of-month reporting activities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate system records
- Update and manage customer contact information
- Provide general administrative and warehouse support as required
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional telephone manner and communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and reliable with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
