About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Live Line Powerline Worker to join the Operations, People and Safety team based from Wagga Wagga.

The Live Line Powerline Worker is responsible for carrying out all Live Line and general construction, installation, connection, maintenance and repair of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) overhead and underground distribution network assets and equipment.

About You

You will have a collaborative approach and understand the importance of working side by side with colleagues and customers. You will positively contribute to the community and stakeholders, whilst putting safety at the forefront of everything you do.

Required Qualifications - Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead - plus electives in the national units of competency for Live Line Barrier, Stick and Glove.- Current national Live Line competencies for Stick, Glove and Barrier activities.- Driver’s licence.- WorkCover NSW Construction Induction Cert.- Attainment and ongoing successful maintenance of all regulatory, industry and business required licences,



authorisations and other such certificates deemed necessary for the role are essential.- Basic computer skills appropriate for the role.- Any participation in an out of hours On-Call roster will require you to be in the general vicinity of the on-call area.
