We're hiring compassionate and motivated Female Disability Support Workers to join our team for a particular Participant: Requirements :
- Training in Mental Health, behaviour support, schizophrenia
What You'll Do
- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities
- Help clients develop skills and build independence
- Assist with daily activities and personal care needs
- Implement person-centered plans and support goals
- Connect clients with community activities and resources
- Support with meal planning, preparation, and dietary needs
- Administer medication according to established protocols
- Ensure comfort and dignity in all support provided
Requirements :
- Passion for empowering people with disabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Requirements :
- Relevant Cert III qualifications in Community Services, Disability, or equivalent
- Experience in disability services, including direct client support
- Supervisory experience in disability or health services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children's Check
- Victorian Driver's License
- Ability to work shifts including weekends
- Proficiency with care management and rostering systems
Job Types : Full time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $31.00 - $45.00 per hour
Experience :
- mental health and schizophrenia support: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- NDIS Worker Check (required)
- Cert III in Disability or Equivalent (required)
