Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist with rental-car reservations
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Offer additional products and services to customers when appropriate
- Keep the workspace clean, organised, and presentable
- Complete administrative tasks as required

Requirements :

- Previous customer-service experience
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy workplace




- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team
- Solid problem-solving abilities
- Competence with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
- Manual driver licence preferred
- Must be authorised to work in Australia

Schedule

- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- May include occasional on-call or after-hours work
