The Performance Lead will play a key role in translating organisational strategy into measurable outcomes, strengthening performance frameworks and delivering insights that support informed decision-making.

Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, the role will drive performance accountability, improve organisational effectiveness and ensure strategic investments deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement enterprise performance frameworks, strategic KPIs and outcome measures aligned with organisational priorities.
- Analyse organisational, financial and economic performance to identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities.
- Deliver performance dashboards, reports and actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, programs and investments against intended outcomes.
- Support organisational planning, resource allocation and performance improvement through evidence-based analysis.
- Strengthen performance reporting, data governance and organisational accountability across the business.

We are seeking a commercially minded performance professional with strong analytical capability, sound judgement and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

You will bring:





- Experience in corporate strategic planning, business performance, economics, business analytics or management consulting.
- A demonstrated track record in developing performance frameworks, KPIs, benefits realisation and enterprise reporting.
- Robust financial, economic and business analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations.
- Experience supporting strategic planning, performance evaluation and organisational improvement initiatives.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and drive the adoption of performance frameworks and processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
