The Opportunity

They're looking for a Project Manager who wants to join a growing builder, take ownership of their own projects and work alongside a good group of people.




You'll have genuine autonomy over your projects, direct access to the Directors and the backing of an established network of subcontractors and consultants.
Importantly, the pipeline is secure in an unsecure market. This isn't a business scrambling for its next project. They're well connected, winning work and looking to bring in capable people to support their continued growth.

You'll be responsible for managing projects from procurement through to completion, overseeing subcontractors, programme, costs, quality and client relationships.

What They're Looking For

- Experience as a Project Manager or an experienced CA within commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment.
- A degree in Construction Management or a related construction discipline is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of commercial fit-out and refurbishment building methodologies.
- Experience managing subcontractors, programmes, procurement and project costs.
- High attention to detail and a genuine focus on delivering quality projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, consultants and trades.
- Someone who takes ownership, works independently and doesn't need constant supervision.
- A motivated, personable individual who wants to work with good people and contribute to a growing business.
