Surgical House are seeking a motivated Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Osborne Park. This is a key role in our business.

What You will be doing:

- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email or in person

- Handle enquiries, process customer orders and manage order updates

- Resolve customer issues efficiently, respectfully and professionally

About You:

- Empathetic, caring and have a genuine desire to help others

- Demonstrated customer service experience

- Great communication skills both written and verbal

- Critical thinking and outstanding problem-solving skills

- Growth mindset and willingness to learn

- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment prioritising customer needs and workflow
