We are looking for an experienced Program Director to lead the integrated delivery of a large-scale, enterprise-wide cost reduction and value transformation program for one of our clients. This is a senior, hands-on leadership opportunity to translate cost reduction opportunities into executable plans, coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and connect initiatives to measurable financial outcomes.

About the opportunity

Working with executive sponsors, business leaders, Finance and Technology teams, you will set program direction, build delivery discipline and ensure initiatives move from opportunity to implementation.

The role requires commercial acumen, structured problem-solving and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, while maintaining a practical focus on execution, risk management and benefits realisation.

This is a delivery leadership role rather than a traditional PMO or reporting position. You will work across strategic priorities and detailed delivery to create clear ownership, resolve dependencies and sustain momentum.

What you'll be doing

- Lead the program: Set direction and priorities, integrating delivery across business-owned workstreams.
- Turn opportunities into action: Build credible plans with clear owners, milestones,



dependencies and delivery commitments.
- Drive cost reduction and benefits: Partner with Finance and business owners to validate opportunities, profile savings and track forecast versus realised advantages.
- Provide delivery assurance: Challenge delivery confidence, surface risks early and drive corrective action where required.
- Engage executives: Align senior stakeholders, resolve competing priorities and secure timely decisions.
- Strengthen governance and reporting: Provide concise, decision-focused reporting on delivery, financial performance and exceptions.
- Coordinate across functions: Align business, Finance, Technology and Change teams to resolve dependencies and support implementation.

About you

Essential experience and capabilities

- Significant experience leading complex, multi-stream enterprise transformation programs.
- Direct cost-out experience spanning cost reduction, productivity improvement, margin optimisation or value transformation.
- Commercial and financial acumen, including savings validation, forecasting and benefits realisation.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into structured, executable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Solid executive influencing, facilitation,



analytical thinking and commercial judgement.
- Pragmatic, hands-on leadership across strategic priorities and detailed delivery, without relying on direct line authority.

Highly desirable

- Management consulting or transformation advisory experience.
- Strong in-house experience delivering enterprise cost reduction, productivity or value transformation programs.
- Experience working across business, Finance, Technology and Change functions in complex enterprise environments.
