About the role

We are seeking a passionate Educational Leader to join our Keiki Butler service. This role will partner with the Centre Coordinator and 2ic / Ed Leader to make up the leadership team.

The role is a combination of on and off the floor with a high focus on mentoring and supporting educators, provide pedagogical leadership, lead critical reflection, embed practice and contribute to the QIP, the role will be supporting Toddlers, Pre-Kindy and Kindy rooms. The role will be required to work on the floor in ratio, at times, to support the teams.

We are looking for an exceptional Educational Leader who:

- has the ability to work and liaise effectively with a range of people, both internal and external;

- Is a problem solver and can think outside the square;

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to deliver a rich quality program to our families;

- Has the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and achieve objectives in a time efficient manner;





The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent and have experience working in a leadership role within a long daycare environment. This person must be able to demonstrate their commitment to Child Safety as well proven experience growing a team of educators.
