This represents a rare chance with a modern accounting firm based in the Bayside region of Melbourne. This firm is led by a friendly team of Partners and Managers who truly care about their team.
POSITION
Due to strong growth the position of Client Services Coordinator has been created.
The role will involve the following:
- Support the accounting team
- Client relationship management
- Managing workflow and deadlines
- Liaising with the ATO
- ASIC Corp Sec
- Invoicing and collations
- Database management
- Any other administrative duties as required
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Administration
- A Xero and XPM expert
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to be a team player
