Join a market leader where customer service goes beyond answering enquiries. In this hands-on role, you'll support customers with sales, product advice and service solutions, working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

This position is initially a 12 month contract role 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

Some of the tasks:

- Support with client sales and showroom retail activities
- Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email
- Support with ordering to ensure delivery timelines are adhered to including any overdue deliveries
- Interact with relevant internal departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Undertake ad-hoc sales duties as requested

Some of the skills required:

- Solid retail and customer service experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- A curious mindset and a willingness to learn
- Proactive nature with a focus on problem solving to achieve an outcome
