About the role

We are looking for an experienced warehouseman who can be trained to share management with our existing warehouse manager. This is a hands-on role which means that the trainee Warehouse Manager also has Pick Packer duties and is responsible for accurately picking, packing, receiving and dispatching stock while supporting the safe and efficient operation of the Superpop warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager (Victoria), the role plays an important part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, dispatched on time, and handled in accordance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements. The role requires strong attention to detail, a positive team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced food manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and on time

- Load and unload stock, deliveries, and transport vehicles, including shipping containers, safely and efficiently

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently

- Receive, check, and put away incoming stock, reporting any shortages, damages, or discrepancies

- Assist with stock counts, stock rotation,



and inventory accuracy

- Complete warehouse paperwork and records accurately

- Verify products and quantities against pick slips and order documentation

- Prepare, stage and load customer orders for dispatch or customer collection

- Perform all warehouse activities in accordance with Superpop safety, GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and hygiene requirements

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

About you

- Current LF Forklift Licence

- Good attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to read and follow pick slips and dispatch paperwork

- Reliable, punctual, and organised

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to work safely in a busy warehouse environment

- Physically capable of standing, walking, repetitive manual handling and lifting products up to 15kg

- Previous warehouse, pick packing or storeperson experience (desirable)

- Experience in food manufacturing, food service, or FMCG environments (desirable)

- Experience using warehouse systems, scanners, or inventory software (desirable)
