Hunter Recruitment Group is proud to partner with ADSSI Limited to find a Full-Time Customer Service Officer - Rostering for their Maitland Community Care Services team.
Rostering is the engine room of community care. Every shift you fill means an older person or someone living with disability gets the support they need to stay safe and independent at home. When a support worker calls in sick at 6am, you're the one who makes it work.
Rostering experience in community care is a bonus, but it's not essential. ADSSI will teach you the systems. What matters most is the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn. If you've juggled shifts in labour hire, hospitality, retail, logistics, healthcare or a busy customer service team, your skills will transfer beautifully.
About ADSSI
For more than 35 years, ADSSI has supported older Australians and people living with disability to remain safe, independent and connected within their communities.
