About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Generalist Gardener to maintain and enhance the beauty of our indoor and outdoor green spaces. If you have a green thumb, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating lush, welcoming environments, this role is perfect for you.

Working within a luxury 5-star hotel workplace, you'll also assist with the presentation of guest-facing outdoor areas and basic pool maintenance, ensuring all spaces remain safe, clean, and welcoming for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain captivating landscapes around the hotel

• Perform planting, pruning, watering, fertilising and general garden care

• Collaborate with our full time gardener and the maintenance team to ensure efficient landscape upkeep

• Enhance the visual appeal of indoor and outdoor areas through your gardening expertise

• Maintain garden structures and features to ensure they are safe and inviting

• Assist with basic pool maintenance, including routine cleaning, water quality checks, and maintaining a protected and well-presented pool area

• Carry out gardening and maintenance duties with consideration for hotel guests, ensuring a professional, courteous, and guest-focused approach at all times

About You:

• Experience in landscaping, gardening, or related roles





• Certificate in Horticulture preferred

• Knowledge of plant care, seasonal maintenance, and landscaping aesthetics

• Proficiency in using gardening tools and equipment

• Forklift experience desirable but not essential

• Comfortable working in a luxury hotel environment with a strong focus on guest experience and presentation

• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, basic pool maintenance procedures
