The Opportunity
This established national builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial new builds valued between $5M and $100M across Brisbane.
You'll oversee between one and three projects depending on their size and complexity, with upcoming opportunities across industrial, aged care and other commercial sectors.
The role suits a well-rounded PM who enjoys project variety, can manage multiple stakeholders and is confident taking ownership of programme, commercial performance and overall delivery.

This Tier 2 contractor delivers commercial fit-out and new-build projects across education, healthcare, aged care, industrial, multi-residential and other commercial sectors.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage commercial new builds from commencement through to handover
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial performance
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders
- Manage client relationships, consultants and project reporting
- Maintain safety, quality and programme outcomes
- Coordinate multiple projects where required
