Your new role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations across a busy and growing service division. This role will see you leading operational teams, coordinating workforce planning and scheduling, overseeing field service delivery, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring operational commitments are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the ongoing growth and success of the operation. This is a hands-on leadership role offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within mining services, tyre services, heavy industry, mobile maintenance or a similar environment
- Strong workforce planning, scheduling and resource coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop operational teams
- Understanding of workplace health,



safety and compliance requirements
- Commercial awareness with the ability to monitor productivity, labour utilisation and operational performance
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Experience using Microsoft 365 and operational reporting systems
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Experience within tyre services or mining operations will be highly regarded
