We’re looking for someone reliable and confident who is seeking approximately 20 hours per
week and has the drive and enthusiasm to grow into a shift supervisor role.

This role is ideal for university students, someone returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for secure, ongoing part-time hours with a bit of responsibility.

Who We Are

Glowing Rooms is Australia's original hand-painted 3D glow-in-the-dark Mini Golf experience. We've been featured on Channel 9, Urban List, Perth is OK!, and more.

We host birthday parties, corporate events, date nights, team-building sessions and unforgettable celebrations. With mini golf, console gaming, a private karaoke room, interactive darts (coming soon), bar service and epic artwork everywhere – it's not your average job.

You'll be working at a venue people usually visit for fun.

Our goal is simple:

Create a safe, exciting, and memorable experience for our guests and our team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming and hosting guests

- Serving behind the bar (cocktails + barista coffee)

- Supporting events and party bookings

- Keeping the venue clean, safe, and running smoothly

- Completing cleaning, restocking and general venue upkeep during quieter shifts

- Working as part of a small team

- Following procedures and safety standards





Over time, the right person will be trusted with additional responsibilities.

Hours & Flexibility

Our standard trading hours:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday – Thursday: 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Friday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm

You must be available to work weekends consistently - this is when we are busiest.

Our trading hours increase significantly during school holidays, and more hours are available
during that time!

About You

You are:

- Friendly and confident with customers

- Reliable and punctual

- Proactive and able to work independently

- Detail-oriented and take pride in your work

- Calm under pressure

- Willing to learn and take feedback

- Looking for a stable, ongoing role

Highly regarded but not essential:

- Bar or barista experience

- Food safety knowledge
