About the Role:

Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport is seeking motivated, reliable and customer-focused people to join our team in a range of casual airport operations roles.

Working in a busy and dynamic aviation environment, you'll help deliver safe, productive and positive experiences for passengers while supporting day-to-day operation of the airport.

We have casual opportunities across the following areas:

Check-In Agents / Customer Service

- Welcome passengers and assist with check-in, bookings, boarding passes and baggage enquires.

- Support boarding gate operations, passenger marshalling and public announcements.

- Deliver professional and friendly customer service throughout the passenger journey.

Ground Handlers / Ramp

- Assist with baggage and cargo handling, aircraft marshalling and aircraft dispatch.

- Operate ground support equipment as trained and authorised.

- Maintain safe working practices in airside environments.

Security Screening Officers

- Conduct passenger, baggage and personnel screening in accordance with applicable aviation security requirements.

- Identify and respond to potential security risks and follow established procedures.

- Maintain accurate records and deliver professional,



respectful customer service throughout the screening process.

About you

We are looking for people who:

- Have a strong commitment to safety and following procedures.

- Are reliable, punctual, motivated and well presented.

- Have good communication skills and a positive team-focused approach.

- Can remain calm and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

- Can work a flexible roster, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays.

- Have previous customer service, aviation or security experience is an advantage.

Availability on Sundays is essential for these opportunities.

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and be eligible to obtain an Aviation Security Identification (ASIC).

Security Screening Officer applicants must also be able to meet the applicable regulatory, suitability and training requirements for screening duties.
