Western Work Force are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Structural, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) projects to join our client’s team.

The successful candidate will be available to commence immediately and have a proven ability to manage SMP projects safely, efficiently and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage SMP projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety, quality and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions to minimise delays and cost overruns.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on project performance.
- Attend FIFO project sites as required, with rosters varying depending on project demands.

About You:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Structural,



Mechanical and Piping (SMP) projects.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Flexible and willing to work on varying rosters.
- Available to commence immediately.
