We are actively seeking confident, capable, supportive and client focused Disability Support Workers to join our fantastic support team in Hackham West and surrounds.

The Role

- You will be supporting our clients living with a disability to go about their daily lives the way they want. Our clients have diverse and complex needs, requiring you to have high levels of understanding, patience, reliability and resilience.
- Your support and mentoring will have a meaningful impact on clients lives.
- If you believe you have the confidence and resilience to navigate this role effectively, and are great at building positive relationships, can think on your feet and are a problem solver, then we want to hear from you.

Our expectations of you?

- Capable and practical. Preferably experienced in Disability Support but we will consider other relevant and transferable skills.
- Empathy, respect, supportive and excellent communication skills are non-negotiable. You are always reliable and understand what this means for your clients.

You must have:

- Working rights status
- Australian Drivers Licence and clean, roadworthy vehicle for transporting clients
- Robust English language skills able to communicate clearly in oral and written form
- Attention to detail to follow documented plans and for reporting/record-keeping
