DINESH CORPORATION PTY LTD is seeking an experienced, reliable Full-Time Cook to join our restaurant team in Muswellbrook, NSW.

Salary: $80,000-$85,000 per annum, plus applicable superannuation

Key responsibilities

Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals in line with restaurant standards

Assist with menu planning and development

Maintain food quality, portion control and consistency

Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food-safety requirements

Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and minimise wastage

Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service

Essential requirements





Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

At least one year of full-time cooking experience

Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures

Sound knowledge of Indian Cuisine is a Plus

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Strong teamwork, time-management and communication skills

Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required
