Capital Recycling is a privately owned company currently seeking an experienced Class 2 welder or boiler maker at its Welshpool workshop. Applicants must be able to multi task, be responsible, adaptable and cooperative.
The successful applicant will be required to work on fixed and mobile crushers, buckets, tipper bodies and skip bins.
Essential skills required:
- Trade Qualification
- Welding of steel
- Ability to pass a weld test (MIG, Flux Core and stick welding)
- Use of torches, air arch, grinders, drill presses, and drills.
- Be willing and diverse enough to assist with other trades eg: Mechanical Fitters when workload requires
- There is an expectation that the work areas will be kept clean and tidy
- Maintain and foster a working workplace which prompts safety in all aspects of the work
- Punctual
- Able to work unsupervised
- Produce work in a timely manner
- Forklift ticket (desirable but not essential)
- Current C class drivers license essential
- Candidates must possess a good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
- Available for immediate start
- Be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
