?‍? What You’ll Be Doing:

- Welcoming clients in person, answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the right team member.
- Maintaining friendly, professional client communication by phone, email and face-to-face, including updates and follow-ups.
- Coordinating planning, permits, development approvals, consultants and project documentation.
- Monitoring project milestones and following up outstanding actions with sales, drafting, estimating and construction teams.
- Checking pre-construction requirements and assisting with site-start readiness.
- Arranging appointments and coordinating client handovers, keys and supporting documentation.
- Logging and following up service or warranty enquiries and keeping project records up to date.
- Helping with day-to-day office coordination and practical administrative support when required.
