About the Role

The Consular Assistant interacts daily with U.S. citizens, visa applicants, host government officials, and other interested parties to provide the full range of Nonimmigrant Visa and American Citizen Services, including Special Consular Services offered at Post.

Skills and Experience

· Two years of experience involving the application of regulations and law, extensive public contact, customer service, and/or problem-solving.

· Completion of two years of post-secondary education is required

· Fluent speaking/reading/writing English is required. This may be tested.

Duties

Major duties and responsibilities for this position include:

· Visa Processing,

· American Citizen Services,

· Communication,

· Administrative Work,

· And Cashiering Services.
