Personality over reciting a spiel. Accountability over perfection.
You know how to read the room, bring warmth to a conversation and adapt your approach. You take pride in your space, follow through and notice when a guest or a teammate needs you.
SHIFT MANAGER
Working alongside the Venue Manager, you’ll:
Assist with daily operations and keep service running smoothly.
Lead a team with confidence, warmth and explicit direction.
Take ownership of opening and closing procedures.
Be comfortable running the door, welcoming guests and managing arrivals, or working as Pass Master, coordinating food flow between the kitchen and floor.
Stay hands-on, support your team and lead by example.
EXPERIENCED SENIOR SECTION WAITER
You’ll bring strong floor experience and a natural ability to connect with people. You’ll:
Own your section from the first welcome to the final goodbye.
Read your tables and adapt your conversation and service pace.
Keep tables thoughtfully maintained and service flowing.
Make confident recommendations and build relationships with guests.
Share your knowledge and support the people around you.
