The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Team Leader to lead our disability SIL and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

This role is ideal for someone who leads with integrity, empowers others, and is passionate about supporting people with disability to live fulfilling, independent lives. As Team Leader, you will balance hands-on support, team leadership, and service excellence, ensuring both participants and staff thrive.

- Place participants at the centre of all decisions, ensuring their rights, choices and dignity are upheld at all times
- Inspire and motivate your team to build meaningful,



respectful relationships with participants
- Create a positive, inclusive and qualified house culture
- Develop and mentor a support team based on a person-centred philosophy
- Ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with NDIS Practice Standards
- Promote continuous improvement in service quality, participant outcomes and staff performance

What we are looking for

We are looking for a leader who is:

- Passionate about disability support and participant outcome.
- A natural mentor who builds trust and motivates others.
- Calm, confident and solutions focused.
- Values-driven and aligned with person-centred care.

Additional requirements:

- Minimum 2 yrs experience leading teams in disability / community services facility.
- Certificate III / IV in Disability or above
- NSW Drivers Licence and access to an insured vehicle.
- Working With Children’s Check.
- First Aid and CPR certificate.
- NDIS workers check.
- Completion of NDIS worker orientation module.
