About the roles

A current transport and logistics operation is setting up in Broome, and we're building a small, reliable team from the ground up. Multiple roles are available across administration, delivery, and truck driving functions.

Key responsibilities

- Administrator: Manage bookings, scheduling, and customer communication

- Administrator: Maintain records using ServiceM8 and Xero

- Administrator: Assist with invoicing, payroll support, and basic accounts

- Administrator: Oversee heavy vehicle compliance documentation and reporting

- Administrator: Keep the office running smoothly and professionally

- Delivery Driver (C Licence): Local deliveries around Broome

- Delivery Driver (C Licence): Safe loading/unloading

- Delivery Driver (C Licence): Customer-focused service

- Delivery Driver (C Licence): Daily vehicle checks and basic paperwork

- Delivery Driver (HR Licence): Operating HR vehicles safely and efficiently

About you

- Administrator:



Strong admin experience and confidence working independently

- Administrator: Familiarity with ServiceM8 and Xero (or willingness to learn quickly)

- Administrator: Exposure to heavy vehicle compliance, or transport admin

- Administrator: Excellent communication and attention to detail

- Delivery Driver (C Licence): Valid C licence

- Delivery Driver (C Licence): Good driving record

- Delivery Driver (C Licence): Ability to work independently and follow schedules

- Delivery Driver (HR Licence): HR licence

- Delivery Driver (HR Licence): Experience in heavy vehicle operation

- Delivery Driver (HR Licence): Strong safety awareness
