We’re seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead a residential aged care home on the Mornington Peninsula. This is an opportunity for a confident, clinically robust leader who can build team capability, strengthen operational performance and maintain high standards of care in a complex environment.
Working closely with senior leadership and supported by centralised clinical and operational resources, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the culture, performance and ongoing development of the service.

About You
You’re an experienced residential aged care leader who can balance clinical oversight with operational and commercial responsibilities. You bring a visible leadership style, sound judgement and the confidence to navigate complex team dynamics while maintaining a strong focus on residents.
To be successful, you will have:
- Registered Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration.
- Ideally, 3–5+ years’ experience as a Facility Manager within residential aged care.
- Strong knowledge of aged care compliance, accreditation and the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting and occupancy management.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to engage teams, influence culture and manage change.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
