Install Operations Coordinator

We are on the hunt for an Install Operations Coordinator to join our wonderful operations team helping more and more Australians make the switch to solar and solar batteries.

Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, you'll ensure we are a well oiled machine, liaising with our customers, installers and suppliers driving positive customer outcomes and getting the job done to the highest of standards.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Install Operations Coordinator to manage the end‑to‑end delivery of residential and commercial solar/battery installations. You’ll work closely with customers, subcontracted installers and suppliers to keep jobs moving smoothly from sale to completion.

You’ll own installer relationships, manage scheduling, solve problems on the fly and ensure every customer receives a seamless experience. This role suits someone who loves structure, communicates clearly and thinks outside the box when challenges pop up.

This is a full‑time, office‑based role in North Sydney (5 minutes from The Metro and 2 minutes from North Sydney Station). You’ll join a high‑energy team that works hard Monday to Friday and celebrates every win.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Coordinate end‑to‑end scheduling for solar and battery installations

- Build effective installation calendars and manage installer capacity

- Confirm site readiness and ensure all pre‑install requirements are met

- Maintain strong relationships with subcontracted installers

- Align availability, expectations and job requirements

- Coordinate materials and logistics with suppliers

- Provide proactive updates to customers throughout the process

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls

- Manage customer data in our CRM with exceptional attention to detail

- Identify issues early and resolve or escalate quickly

- Support customers with post‑sale queries

- Drive positive customer outcomes every day

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in a trade, construction or field‑based industry (ideal)

- Previous scheduling, coordination or operations experience

- Strong phone‑based customer service or support background

- Excellent attention to detail — you catch the small things

- Ability to think outside the box and solve problems quickly

- Confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders

- Highly organised with strong follow‑through

- A proactive, “get it done” attitude
