Love making great coffee but struggling to get enough hours? We’ve got 40 hours a week for the right barista.

Wine Cheese Direct Group operates cafés, function spaces and events, with a new bar opening soon. We’re growing—and we’re looking for an experienced barista to join our team full-time.

You could be based at Beanstalker or Zan Zanz, or enjoy variety across both cafés, with opportunities to work at events too. It’s a chance to build familiar faces and regular customers while being part of a wider hospitality group.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

- At least 2–3 years’ barista experience.

- Speed, confidence and consistently great coffee during a busy service.





- A friendly personality and pride in looking after customers.

- A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to help the team.
