Rich & Rare is expanding to the Gold Coast and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Venue Manager to lead our new restaurant in Broadbeach.
Rich & Rare is part of the Tassis Group, an established and growing hospitality group with a portfolio of successful venues. About the role
As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, lead and develop a high-performing team, and drive the overall success of the venue. You will play a key role in establishing our presence on the Gold Coast while maintaining the high standards and service excellence associated with Rich & Rare.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high standards of service and presentation.
- Recruit, train, lead and develop a motivated and professional team.
- Manage rostering, labour costs, stock control and operational performance.
- Drive revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and hospitality regulations.
- Foster a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
About you
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior restaurant management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and manage a team.
- Commercially minded, with a solid understanding of financial performance and cost control.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on management style and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
