We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our team in the Perth CBD. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of end-to-end payroll services while ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining payroll integrity, resolving queries, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee payroll records and data integrity
- Manage payroll tax, superannuation and statutory obligations
- Reconcile payroll transactions and reporting requirements
- Respond to payroll enquiries from employees and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
- Support payroll projects and process improvements
About You
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems, ideally Workday
