On behalf of our client, a reputable mining firm based in Perth, we are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for 3 - 6 Months.

In this talent role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for the sites. Roles include technical positions across all levels. This is a quick-paced position that requires a proactive and experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running and add immediate value.

This ideal candidate will be a confident recruiter and have experience in a Recruitment role within mining.

The role will be 5 days a week in the office - starting asap.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of roles nationally

- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs

- Source, screen,



and interview candidates

- Coordinate and manage offers and onboarding processes

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience

- Supporting the HR team with policy improvements

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition roles

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and processes

- Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
