About the role

We are seeking a focused, detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to manage a high volume of crucial numerical data processing. This is an entry-level role, meaning we value a meticulous eye for numbers, high accuracy, and strong organizational habits over years of prior industry experience. In this role, you will be integral to our daily operations—processing incoming works orders, managing stock transfers, and logging accounts payable invoices into our financial systems.

Key responsibilities

- Accurately process and log high volumes of incoming works and production orders into our operational database to keep fulfillment moving on time

- Document, track, and update physical stock movements and inventory transfers across locations, ensuring database numbers perfectly match actual warehouse stock levels

- Perform high-speed data entry of supplier invoices into our accounting system, paying close attention to quantities, line items, dollar amounts, and correct general ledger (GL) coding

- Perform quick, accurate audits to identify and flag any mismatches between works orders, stock transfer tallies, and supplier invoices





- Communicate clearly and professionally with warehouse, procurement, or accounts teams to quickly resolve missing data or billing discrepancies

About you

- Entry-level friendly; no extensive history required

- High comfort level handling and inputting raw numbers, codes, quantities, and dollar figures for extended periods

- Natural instinct for spotting misplaced decimals, transposed digits, or mismatched line items

- Effective 10-key numeric keypad typing speed

- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or general accounting/ERP software

- Clear, professional written and verbal communication to liaise with internal departments
