What we're looking for

We're looking for experienced pub and hospitality professionals who bring:

- Previous leadership experience in a pub, hotel or high-volume hospitality venue

- Strong operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable

- A genuine passion for leading, coaching and developing teams

- A hands-on, energetic and commercially minded approach

- The ability to stay calm, organised and solutions-focused during busy periods

- Strong communication and guest service skills

- Current RSA and any other relevant licences

- Full Australian working rights, or eligibility for sponsorship where applicable ( must be able to pass 6 months probation before sponsorship required)
