About the role

Ayers Real Estate specialises in providing sales, leasing, and management services for the commercial and industrial real estate market.

We are seeking applications from candidates for a Commercial Property Management position and a Property Management Assistant's position.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Managing a mix of industrial, commercial and retail tenancies

- Lease administration, rent reviews and renewals

- Preparing and reconciling budgets & financial reporting

- Managing and minimising rent arrears

- Authorising payment of accounts

- Negotiating and monitoring option renewals and lease extensions

- Maintaining and monitoring routine maintenance, servicing and repairs

- Negotiating Lease assignments

- Building strong relationships with owners and tenants

The successful Applicants will need:

- To be confident, professional and reliable

- A high level of computer, literacy and math's skills





- Robust attention to detail

- Capable of working under pressure in a team or autonomously

- Hold a Current WA Property Management License and up to date CPD points.

- Hold a Current WA Driver’s license, own transport between work and home

- Cirrus 8 experience is highly regarded.

Successful applicants will be supported with

- In house property inspections officer, that conducts all our property condition reports, routine inspection and final bond inspections

support from our Sales, Leasing and Admin team

Our office is located in the Wangara Industrial Estate, with free onsite parking.

Our trading hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. You are not required to work or take calls after hours or on weekends.
