About the role

You'll work directly with small business owners, helping them navigate challenging financial situations while developing tailored repayment solutions that deliver positive outcomes for everyone involved. This role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer conversations and building strong rapport with clients.

Key responsibilities

- Managing a high volume of outbound customer conversations

- Building strong rapport with small business owners

- Understanding customer circumstances and identifying suitable repayment solutions

- Negotiating positive outcomes with empathy and professionalism

- Overcoming objections and handling challenging conversations confidently

- Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts

- Recording customer interactions through Salesforce and internal systems

- Working towards individual and team performance targets

- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
