Key responsibilities
- Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews
- Run bulk recruitment campaigns
- Advertise jobs on SEEK, Indeed, and social media
- Recruit labourers, forklift drivers, warehouse staff, and more
- Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and compliance
- Maintain employee records and recruitment databases
- Support general office administration and reception duties
About you
- Recruitment, HR, labour hire, or administration experience
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence speaking with candidates and clients
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced workplace and enjoys working with people
