About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing despatch orders and updating shipment information in SAP.

- Preparing and checking despatch paperwork and delivery documentation.

- Coordinating collections and deliveries with drivers and transport providers.

- Working closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders leave accurately and on time.

- Following up on delivery queries and order discrepancies.

- Supporting general despatch administration and maintaining accurate records.

About you

- Previous experience using SAP is essential.

- Experience in despatch,



warehouse administration or a similar role.

- Solid data entry skills and attention to detail.

- Clear communication and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and drivers.

- Good organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

- A reliable, proactive approach and commitment to workplace safety.
