We are seeking a talented Accountant to join our growing team. Key responsibilities:

The role will require you to work with our clients to assist them in meeting their taxation obligations, together with any additional services they may require.

The key responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to):

- Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships across a diverse client portfolio

- Prepare Financial Statements and Tax Returns for Companies, Trusts and Partnerships

- Complete Income Tax Returns for Individuals, including Sole Traders and members of family business groups

- Deliver proactive tax planning strategies to business clients and family groups

- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure all work complies with current taxation legislation and regulatory requirements

- Provide timely advisory support on ad hoc matters, including cash flow forecasting,



budgeting and broader business performance insights

About you:

- 2+ years’ experience within a public practice accounting firm, with a robust understanding of compliance, advisory, and taxation matters.

- Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients and build trusted, long-term relationships.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a positive, “can-do” attitude, always looking for ways to add value to clients and the team.

- Demonstrated capability to mentor and guide junior staff, helping develop the skills of others while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

- Good research skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical and tax matters and provide well-informed advice.

- Ambitious and career-minded, with a clear pathway to progress into a managerial role and contribute to the firm’s leadership and growth.
