The opportunity

Kennedy Reid is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Bank Teller to join a leading banking organisation’s branch network.

This ongoing casual opportunity offers an average of 38 hours per week, subject to branch requirements. The role covers Wollongong, Shellharbour, Figtree and Nowra, so flexibility to travel between branches is essential.

Your responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist with everyday banking enquiries.
- Process deposits, withdrawals and other transactions accurately.
- Handle cash and follow branch security procedures.
- Help customers use digital and self-service banking options.




- Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate banking specialists.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and follow banking procedures.

About you

You are approachable, reliable and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You may come from banking, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing setting.
You will bring:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.
- Cash handling or transaction processing experience.
- The ability to learn systems and follow procedures.
- Flexibility to travel between the listed branch locations.
- Availability for an ongoing casual role averaging 38 hours per week.
