We are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer based in our Brisbane Office.
This full time position is responsible for the accounts payable function for the organisation
Requirements:
To be successful for this position you will need to demonstrate:
- Previous experience working within an accounts payable or receivable workplace
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Fast/accurate data entry
- A willingness and flexibility to help out where required
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience working successfully within a team environment
- A sound knowledge of Attaché or similar accounting system
Duties include:
- Accurate processing of supplier invoices
- Preparation of weekly supplier EFT payment runs
- Reconciliation of creditor statements
- Managing supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
- Petty Cash management and weekly banking
- Filing and archiving
- Other duties as required
A full COVID Vaccination Certificate and National Police check issued by the Australian Federal Police.
