About the Role:
Secom Australia is seeking an experienced and commercially minded National Manager (Protective Services) to lead and support our national guarding and protective services operations. Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, this senior leadership position will oversee a team of Client Services Managers and be responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, business performance and team development across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor and develop a national team of Client Services Managers
- Develop and foster robust relationships with subcontractors
- Drive operational performance, service excellence and continuous improvement
- Manage key client relationships and act as a senior escalation point
- Oversee service delivery, compliance, client satisfaction and safety outcomes
- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, budgeting and profitability
- Lead operational improvement,



workforce planning and change initiatives
- Support tenders, contract renewals and strategic business growth
- Ensure compliance with licensing, WHS, regulatory and industrial relations requirements

What You'll Bring:

- Australian Citizenship/Permanent Resident with unrestricted rights to work in Australia
- NSW Security Licence
- Full Drivers Licence (required)
- Senior leadership experience within security, guarding, protective services, or a similar operational environment
- Proven success leading geographically dispersed teams and large-scale operations
- Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute with experience managing financial and operational performance
- Sound knowledge of security licensing, WHS, and industrial relations requirements
- Strategic and operational leadership capability with a focus on continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel nationally as required
