About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join a well-established and highly regarded real estate agency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leasing qualified with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their real estate career.

Working alongside a supportive and experienced property management team, you'll play an integral role in the leasing process, from conducting inspections and managing prospective tenants through to securing quality applications and ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct open homes and private inspections across the rental portfolio
- Manage rental enquiries and build relationships with prospective tenants
- Process rental applications, conduct reference checks and coordinate approvals
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and property managers throughout the leasing process
- Coordinate property advertising and marketing campaigns
- Assist with preparing properties for lease and minimising vacancy periods
- Maintain accurate leasing records and applicant information
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive leasing experience
- Work collaboratively with the property management team to achieve leasing targets





Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Leasing Consultant role is essential
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Current driver's licence
- Strong knowledge of residential leasing processes and NSW tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Confident conducting inspections and communicating with prospective tenants
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with a genuine passion for real estate
