- Manage 1–3 projects simultaneously from commencement through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site activities to ensure successful delivery
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, quality and key milestones
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams throughout construction
- Take ownership of project outcomes, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget

Experience required:
- Background in Contract Administration within commercial construction
