About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Worker to provide quality care and assistance to a participant in Parkes, NSW.
The successful candidate will support the participant with daily living activities, promote independence, and help maintain their well-being, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support tailored to the participants needs.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care, where required.
- Support community access and participation in daily activities.
- Encourage independence and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.
- Follow individual support plans and relevant care procedures.
- Maintain professional boundaries and accurate documentation.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field.
- Previous experience in disability or community support.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality support.
- A valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle, if required for the role.
