What You Will Do:
- Lead the restructuring and redesign of key intranet pages to improve user interface, navigation, and search capabilities.
- Develop a comprehensive information matrix and structural map to logically organise content and access levels.
- Transform traditional fact sheets, guides, and templates into engaging, user-friendly interactive tools and flowcharts.
- Simplify and rewrite existing content into clear, concise, accessible, and compliant language for a diverse audience.
- Collaborate closely with internal web services, subject matter experts, and communication teams to oversee project execution and content migration.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven experience in content design, digital information architecture, content auditing, and user experience (UX) enhancement.
- Strong project and change management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to independently build project plans and deliver results.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively collaborate across multidisciplinary and web teams.
- Systems-thinking approach with high attention to detail, balancing user requirements with organisational and regulatory obligations.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform design decisions, manage competing priorities, and report progress.
