About the role:

- Draft and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial contracts.
- Advise private and government clients on technology, procurement, payments, IP and data matters
- Deliver commercial transactions and provide practical contractual advice.
- Work with clients across the public sector, financial services, technology and health sectors.
- Collaborate with Partners and colleagues across a national practice.
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the team.

The ideal candidate:

- 5+ years' PQE in corporate, commercial, technology and/or financial services law.
- Strong contract law knowledge, drafting and negotiation skills.




- Demonstrated experience advising on and delivering commercial transactions.
- Experience or a genuine interest in the public sector, financial services, technology or health sectors.
- An interest in mentoring junior lawyers and working collaboratively.
