About the role

We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Time Tracking Delivery Lead to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale Time Management transformation program across Australia and New Zealand.

This role goes beyond delivery coordination and requires a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, including the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, support design discussions, manage technical dependencies, and provide delivery leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementation and a proven track record of delivering complex business and technology initiatives within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Accountable for end-to-end delivery outcomes across ANZ, ensuring solutions meet agreed business objectives, timelines, quality, and governance standards.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery activities across business and technology workstreams.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
- Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and inter-market impacts, escalating where required.
- Coordinate SMEs, delivery partners, implementation teams, and vendors to achieve integrated outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into SuccessFactors Time Tracking solutions and support key design decisions.




- Manage cross-functional dependencies across HR, Payroll, Technology, and Business teams.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and governance activities throughout the program lifecycle.
- Support implementation planning, testing, change readiness, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
- Provide delivery leadership and informed decision-making across both business and technical workstreams.

Ideal Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' experience leading complex business or technology initiatives within large enterprise environments.
- 3-4 years' experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors programs, ideally with a focus on Time Tracking / Time Management.
- Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementation.
- Strong understanding of the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior business owner and delivery decision-maker.
- Experience working within formal governance, assurance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior business and technology leaders.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and delivery management capabilities.
- Experience managing implementation partners,



vendors, and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of Payroll, Workforce Management, Employee Central Time, and Time Tracking processes is highly desirable

Preferred Experience

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Tracking implementation experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale HR transformation programs.
- Experience working across Australia and Recent Zealand markets.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are highly regarded.
- Experience managing complex integrations involving Payroll and Workforce Management systems.
