As Team Leader - Asset Management, you will oversee a team of Asset Managers and be responsible for maximising asset performance, revenue, reliability and operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Asset Managers.
- Drive asset performance, availability and revenue optimisation.
- Manage O&M; contractors, budgets, forecasting and reporting.
- Oversee operational readiness for current projects transitioning into operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the asset portfolio.
About You
- Engineering degree or similar technical qualification.
- Proven experience in renewable energy, utilities, power generation or infrastructure asset management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial skills.
- Experience managing O&M; contracts and operational budgets.
- Sound understanding of utility-scale renewable energy assets and high-voltage infrastructure.
